Explicit

The class Explicit is a subclass of Surface for working with time-dependent surfaces given by explicit formulas (for time-dependent curves Time_Curve 7.4.2 should be used).

Most of the Explicit methods extend the superclass methods. The memory management and archiving methods just handle the new instance variables of Explicit, almost all other methods are needed for handling the time-dependent domain of the surface and for computing the surface from the explicit formulas.

For more information see the documentation of the associated project Explicit in section 8.2.5.
