Spline-Editor

The spline-editor (see figure 4.13) is used to define the time-dependency function of time-dependent sliders and rulers.

Figure 4.13: Spline-Editor

You can change the spline by simply dragging its points or the tangent of the point to the new value you like. Another possibility is, to select a point with a click, and enter its new coordinates in the inputs named tex2html_wrap43294 and tex2html_wrap43296 . To add new points to the spline, simply click at the chosen position with the right mouse button. Remove points by keeping the shift key pressed while clicking the right mouse button.

tex2html_wrap43298
close the spline-editor
tex2html_wrap43300
switch the time-dependency of the ruler on or off
tex2html_wrap43302
show a brief help for the mouse button usage in the spline-editor
tex2html_wrap43304 / tex2html_wrap43306
limit the way spline-points can be moved - tex2html_wrap43304 : only y-direction can be changed, tex2html_wrap43306 only x-direction can be changed
tex2html_wrap43312
delete the current spline
tex2html_wrap43314 / tex2html_wrap43316
load/save the spline to disk
tex2html_wrap43318
rescale the spline-editor so that the complete spline is visible
tex2html_wrap43320 / tex2html_wrap43322
show/set the coordinates
tex2html_wrap43324
zoom (reset with rescale button)
