Project Probe

This project offers several tools for easy data-analyzing. After adding the project probe three buttons and a ruler will occur in the first optionsmenu. The buttons allow to start the methods point-probe, line-probe and curve-probe, working on timedependent or timeindependent data.
Using point-probe or line-probe you can pick on your data. Line-probe will divide a so marked line in as many parts as the number of the ruler shows. Curve-probe looks for the next triang1d-object in the scene-tree and works like line-probe. In the timedependent case all methods open a new graphic-window. Point-probe plots a time-data-graph, both other methods plot a time-arc-length-data-graph. In the timeindependent case point-probe writes the data at a picked point in the manager-window. Line- or curve-probe plot a arc-length-data-graph. The displayed data is saved in files named point.tab or curve.tab. They can be processed by software like gnuplot.
