I/O Methods on Amandus

AMANDUS * amandus
char * path
These methods are used by the tex2html_wrap44662 button's method "read-in", see 7.4.1.7. "read-data" reads in the description file for class Amandus with name path/name.am, it allocates the memory needed for the surface described in the input file and initializes the weier_f function pointer by calling "get-weier-f". "get-extension" returns the extension *.am for Amandus description files, it is used by the file requester poped up by "read-in" to determine which files should be shown.

   GRAPE(amandus, "read")()
AMANDUS * amandus
Read an Amandus instance from the standard textdevice. This method is only provided for backward compatibility to read files written with "write", it is replaced by

   GRAPE(amandus, "xdr")(xdrp)
AMANDUS * amandus
XDR * xdrp
Read the instance amandus from or write it to the XDR stream xdrp. This method should not be called directly, refer to 5.7 (especially 5.7.3) for details.
