This chapter lists the changes between different GRAPE versions (from version 5.0 on), especially the ones which require changing existing programs, and the major new features of the versions. For new users this chapter might be less interesting but for those who are using an older GRAPE version and want to update it is important to read this chapter carefully.
We try to keep the new versions as backward compatible as possible, changes which require changing programs are only introduced to solve existing and to avoid future problems.
