Resource file .graperc

At start GRAPE reads files ~/.graperc and ./.graperc. Their contents are accessible through the standard Instance of the class ResourceDev, which implements a multi purpose interface for classes to read structured user defined values of many types. As you will see you can use ResourceDev instances for applications other than .graperc-files, for instance for formula script files.

Currently this option is used by only two classes, giving an insight into the strength of this concept: you can save a lot of time when you specified default settings and keyboard macros, which is done by simply describing the user interaction. Since the ResourceDev interface is object oriented every class inherits the tags of its superclasses (not yet as there are no superclasses using it).

The .graperc is read at GRAPE startup and will never be updated (since the classes using .graperc entries not will reread them).
