-
- TIME_OBJECT * timeobj
Display the time section of the geometry for time * time,
it is created by calling "get-object" (see 4.4.4) and stored in inter which then is displayed.
Both methods are identical (in fact "display" just calls
"geometry-disp"), but subclasses with more than one geometry might
replace "display" and then the geometry still can be displayed
with "geometry-disp".
-
- TIME_OBJECT * time_object
CHAIN * geom
These methods split the graphics window in several sub-windows and calls
"display" for different times for each of them. "multi-disp" adds
some rulers to the option menu which allow to control the time-range
(relative to the current time), the number of pictures and an additional
horizontal and vertical distance between them. "muli-disp" then calls
"multi-display" which then calls "do-multi-disp" with
geometry as parameter.
This construction may seem a litte bit complicated, but is simplifies
implementing this method for subclasses: only "multi-display" which
calls "do-multi-disp" with the correct parameter has to be provided.
