- GRAPE now has a block memory manager which allows to very
efficiently allocate and free large numbers of equally sized small memory
blocks, see 10.2.1.2.
- There are new string functions, they should be used instead of the
usual C library function to avoid mixing memory allocated with
mallac and mem_alloc, see 10.2.9.
- Class G_List has been extended with an iterator stack, this
allows to safely use iterators in nested loops, see 10.1.1.1.
- GRAPE now provides some machine-independent time functions,
see 10.2.13.
