This method shows which edges would be refined by calling
"refine". These edges are drawn in red, the new edges that would be
inserted are drawn in yellow. The result of a "refine" can differ
slightly from what this display method shows, because correction steps of
the "refine" method are not taken into account.

ADAPT2D *ad2d;
A display method to show the refining level refine[i].level for each
triangle in the triangulation. The color of the shrinked displayed frame/patch
(according to grid/patch) for each triangle is red for level 0 and yellow
for the maximal refine-level which can be adjusted with a ruler.
