Surfaces with One Planar and One Enneper End
From a distance these surfaces look like Enneper's surfaces
with an additional equatorial plane. As in the Enneper case
the Enneper end winds (2k+1) times around the vertical axis.
These surfaces of order k contain k straight lines.
The input file name of these surfaces is k_planarend.am.
