Bidenoid
This surface is a two parameter family. It is a 4-noid with two large
vertical and two small nonhorizontal ends. One parameter rules the position
of the small ends while the other defines their groth-rates.
The two planar symmetry lines of this surface cut it into four
congruent pieces.
